Torch installation or changeover

Never unscrew the 13 mm bolt under the welding arm torch holder if the torches are still linked to the tool balancer.

Turn the power of the Rotoweld OFF and wait 1 minute to allowed internal component to shut down, and turn off the compressed air on the flux tank and loose the flux cover slowly to release the pressure.

Remove the torch from the tool balancer.

For the MIG/SAW torches set, disconnect the flux and air alimentation hose.

Remove the torch holder by loosen the bolt under the holder using the 13mm wrench.

Install the other set of torch in the wire feeder by tighten the torch inlet screws.

Install the torch holder on the welding arm and tight the bolt using a 13mm wrench.

Fix the torch bundle with the steel cable on the tool balancer, and attach the cable extension (only needed for the MIG/MIG torches)

Reconnect the flux and air supply hose or the water cooling supply hose.
